Visit 25 out of state family members!
Most of you know that I am one of six kids and only one of my siblings lives in Colorado at the moment. We have had times where only three of us have lived in Colorado, but since 2003 there has always been three or more of us in Colorado. I have a sister in Florida, a brother in Wisconsin, a sister in Minnesota, and a brother in New York. My second oldest brother and I live in Colorado along with our parents. Since everyone has started to move away, it has been hard to organize it so we can all be in one place at one time. The most recent time was at my grandpa’s funeral last June. When we get together, it is like we are kids again and we have the best time. The best thing about having us all so far apart is to have great places to visit!
My parents moved us to Colorado in 2003 from Wisconsin. That being said, all of my parents families live in Wisconsin and Minnesota so we don’t see them very often. I want to make it a point this next year to visit my cousins, aunts/uncles, and grandparents and really make the most of it since it is so hard to get everyone together. We have a huge family, so I am sure I can see 25 family members even if it is just at the Pearson Family Reunion next summer! We always have the greatest time at my moms families annual event!
Nothing is more important to me than my family, and I am so excited to include more of my family in this adventure!
